องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันประสิทธิผลทีมของอาจารย์พยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องเชิงยืนยันประสิทธิผลทีมของอาจารย์พยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวง สาธารณสุข ตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอนจำนวน 325 ราย โดยใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความฉลาดทาง อารมณ์ คุณลักษณะของบุคคล ภาวะผู้นำแบบใฝ่บริการ และประสิทธิผลทีม การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยให้ตัวอย่างตอบแบบสอบถาม ด้วยตนเองโดยความสมัครใจ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่า ค่าน้ำหนักขององค์ประกอบมีค่าเป็นบวก โดยอยู่ ระหว่าง 0.31-0.53 และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
ผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องเชิงยืนยันประสิทธิผลทีมของอาจารย์พยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข พบว่า ค่า ไค-สแควร์ () = 139.87 ที่องศาอิสระ (df) = 109 ค่าดัชนีวัดความกลมกลืน (GFI) = 0.96 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับ แก้แล้ว (AGFI) = 0.93 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) = 1.00 ค่ารากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของเศษเหลือในรูป คะแนนมาตรฐาน (SRMR) = 0.03 และค่ารากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนโดยประมาณ (RMSEA) = 0.03 แสดง ว่าโมเดลองค์ประกอบประสิทธิผลทีมของอาจารย์พยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิง ประจักษ์ในเกณฑ์ที่ด
