ความสัมพันธ์ของการเสริมสร้างพลังกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง หลังคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่น

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของการเสริมสร้างพลังกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองหลังคลอดของ มารดาวัยรุ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ มารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดปกติ โรงพยาบาลพระนั่งเกล้า จำนวน 100 คน จากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามการเสริมสร้างพลังของมารดาวัยรุ่น และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรม การดูแลตนเองหลังคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่น ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การเสริมสร้างพลังมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองหลังคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่น ด้านที่มี ความสัมพันธ์มากที่สุด คือ ผู้ให้การพยาบาล ( = 4.22, SD = .75) ด้านที่ส่งผลต่ำสุด คือ ผู้รับบริการ (
= 3.72, SD = .81) ส่วนพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองหลังคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่นโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 3.90, SD = .22) ด้านที่มีค่าสูงสุด คือ การดูแลตนเองที่จำเป็นเมื่อมีภาวะเบี่ยงเบนทางสุขภาพ (
= 4.25, SD = .74) ด้านที่มีค่าต่ำสุด คือ การดูแลตนเองที่จำเป็น โดยทั่วไป (
= 3.02, SD = .91) และการเสริมสร้างพลังมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองหลังคลอดของ มารดาวัยรุ่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .56)
