การเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุอย่างมีคุณภาพของอาจารย์พยาบาล ในสังกัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความหมาย องค์ประกอบการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุอย่าง มีคุณภาพของอาจารย์พยาบาล เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์แก่น สาระ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าอาจารย์พยาบาลทั้ง 3 กลุ่มอายุให้ความหมายและองค์ประกอบการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุที่ เหมือนและแตกต่างกันในแต่ละกลุ่มอายุประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบคือ 1) ดูแลให้ร่างกายแข็งแรงและเสื่อมน้อยที่สุด 2) บริหาร จัดการเงินส่วนบุคคล 3) จัดหาที่อยู่อาศัย 4) เตรียมหาผู้ดูแลและครอบครัว 5) เตรียมทำพินัยกรรมและการตาย 6) เตรียมกิจกรรม/ การทำงานภายหลังเกษียณจากการทำงาน 7) ฝึกฝนให้เป็นบุคคลที่พร้อมเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต
