การศึกษาความจ�าด้านเหตุการณ์โดย FNAME test ในหญิงวัยหลังหมด ประจ�าเดือนที่ปฏิบัติงานช่วงเวลาปกติในโรงพยาบาล: การศึกษานำร่อง

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความจำด้านเหตุการณ์โดยใช้แบบทดสอบใบหน้าคู่ชื่อและอาชีพ (FNAME test) ในหญิงวัยหลังหมดประจำเดือนที่ปฏิบัติงานช่วงเวลาปกติในโรงพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างอาสาสมัครจำนวน 10 ราย ทำ FNAME test วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาจากปรับคะแนนดิบเป็นคะแนนมาตรฐาน และหาความสัมพันธ์ในแบบทดสอบย่อยด้วยค่า สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความจำด้านเหตุการณ์มีคะแนนมาตรฐานการเรียกคืนความจำใบหน้าคู่ชื่อ และอาชีพทันทีและเมื่อเวลาผ่านไปต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 70 โดยมีคะแนนมาตรฐานค่ามัธยฐานต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ย (0.15) ค่าฐานนิยม ต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ย (-0.15) และค่าพิสัยกว้าง (2.43) โดยค่าต่ำที่สุดและสูงที่สุดอยู่ในช่วง -1.56 ถึง 1.87 เมื่อวิเคราะห์การเรียกคืน ความจำชื่อทันทีและเมื่อเวลาผ่านไปมีความสัมพันธ์กันสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ สรุปการศึกษานำร่องนี้พบข้อมูลแสดงความำ ด้านเหตุการณ์มีแนวโน้มลดลงในหญิงวัยหลังหมดประจำเดือนคนไทย และแสดงรูปแบบการทำงานของความจำในช่วงเริ่มเข้าสู่วัย สูงอายุ ภายหลังการทดสอบเครื่องมือในกลุ่มประชากรที่มีขนาดใหญ่ขึ้น ทำให้เครื่องมือมีความน่าเชื่อถือมากยิ่งขึ้น แล้วนำเครื่อง มือนี้ไปใช้กับกลุ่มประชากรหญิงวัยหลังหมดประจำเดือนกลุ่มอื่น ๆ เพื่อคัดกรองปัญหาความจำด้านเหตุการณ์ในเบื้องต้นของ หญิงวัยหลังหมดประจำเดือนต่อไป
