ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะ ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน

การวิจัยแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะของ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลตลาด อำเภอเมืองนครราชสีมา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 148 คน จากการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ ข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและความเชื่อมั่น โดยค่าคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน 20 ของแบบสอบถามความรู้เท่ากับ 0.64 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคของแบบสอบถามด้านทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมการ ใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะเท่ากับ 0.77 และ 0.81 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติไคสแควร์ สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เพียร์สัน และสถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอยู่ในระดับดี ร้อยละ 72.3 เมื่อพิจารณาปัจจัย นำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ และปัจจัยเสริม ที่มีความสัมพันธ์และสามารถร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะได้ พบว่า ปัจจัยนำ ด้านทัศนคติ เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะ (ß = 0.388, p < .001) และความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะมีผลทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการใช้ยา ปฏิชีวนะ (ß = 0.173, p < .05) โดยสามารถร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะของกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ร้อยละ 21 อย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติ (R2 = 0.210, p < .001) ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการศึกษาในครั้งนี้สามารถนำใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริม พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผลให้แก่กลุ่มอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน เพื่อให้เกิดความรู้ด้านการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะ อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสมและสามารถถ่ายทอดสู่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ได
