การศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมของพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ที่มีภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจ

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา1) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันหลังการ ผ่าตัด ทัศนคติต่อภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันหลังผ่าตัด และพฤติกรรมของพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันหลัง การผ่าตัดหัวใจ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านความรู้ และทัศนคติ ต่อพฤติกรรมของพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะ สับสนเฉียบพลันหลังการผ่าตัดหัวใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ในหอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมหัวใจและทรวงอกจำนวน 61 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันหลัง การผ่าตัด แบบสอบถามทัศนคติต่อภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันหลังการผ่าตัด และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมของพยาบาลในการดูแล ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันหลังการผ่าตัด ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือเท่ากับ .80 .87 และ .94 ตามลำดับ
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ค่าคะแนนความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันหลังการผ่าตัด เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 16.37 จาก 20 คะแนน (S.D. = 2.77) ค่าคะแนนทัศนคติต่อภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันหลังผ่าตัด เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.62 จาก 5 คะแนน (S.D. = 0.49) ค่าคะแนน พฤติกรรมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันหลังผ่าตัด เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.99 จาก 5 คะแนน (S.D. = 0.57) ปัจจัยด้าน ความรู้ และทัศนคติ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมของพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันหลังการผ่าตัด (p >.05)
