Team Based Learning: Learning Strategy in Nursing Education toward The Development of The Twenty-First Century Learning Skill

การเรียนการสอนทางการพยาบาลมีหลายวิธีการ ที่มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เรียนเกิดทักษะการดำรงชีวิตในศตวรรษที่ 21 การเรียนรู้ แบบทีมเป็นการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือวิธีการหนึ่ง ที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีความรับผิดชอบ พัฒนาความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและ การตัดสินใจ ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอนหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การเตรียมตัวล่วงหน้าก่อนเข้าชั้นเรียน 2) การทดสอบการเตรียมตัวก่อนเข้า ชั้นเรียนซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอนย่อย คือ การทดสอบรายบุคคล การทดสอบรายกลุ่ม และการให้ความกระจ่างโดยผู้สอน และ 3) การนำความรู้มาประยุกต์ใช้ บทความนี้เสนอกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบทีมตามบทบาทของผู้เรียนและบทบาทผู้สอน ประโยชน์ ของการเรียนรู้แบบทีมต่อการพัฒนาทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 การประยุกต์ใช้การเรียนรู้แบบทีมในรายวิชาการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่ 1 ปัจจัย และเงื่อนไขของการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบทีม
