การเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นการเรียนรู้ผ่านกระบวนการสะท้อนคิด โดยเป้าหมายการจัดการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง ในมุมมองด้านการศึกษาพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมให้บัณฑิตพยาบาลเมื่อจบการศึกษาแล้วสามารถนำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและปฏิบัติการ พยาบาลได้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากสถานการณ์ปัญหาสุขภาพปัจจุบันที่มีความรุนแรงและซับซ้อนมากขึ้น ส่งผลต่อความคาดหวัง ของผู้รับบริการจากการดูแลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพสูงมากขึ้นตามไปด้วย ทั้งนี้กระบวนทัศน์ใหม่ในการจัดการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง ผู้เขียนได้ประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการสร้างกรอบความคิดใหม่ นำมาออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ในรายวิชาการบริหารและการจัดการ พยาบาล เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนมีกระบวนการคิดเพื่อนำการเปลี่ยนแปลง สามารถปฏิบัติบทบาทเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางการพยาบาล ต่อไปได้ในอนาคต
