ผลการสอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการพยาบาลผู้สูงอายุ ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูม

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการพยาบาล ผู้สูงอายุที่มีปัญหาภาวะซึมเศร้า สมองเสื่อม พาร์กินสัน การประเมินภาวะสุขภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ ที่กำลังศึกษาในรายวิชาการพยาบาลผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 30 คน เลือกกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการพยาบาลผู้สูงอายุ แบบสอบถาม ความคิดเห็นและความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนและแบบทดสอบความรู้การพยาบาลผู้สูงอายุ วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ (E1/E2) และประสิทธิผล (E.I.) บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน และหาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ด้านความรู้ทางการพยาบาลผู้สูงอายุโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้ ผลการศึกษา พบว่าบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 87/84 ดัชนีประสิทธิผลเท่ากับ 0.7 ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้าน ความรู้หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 และความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ ช่วยสอนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ข้อเสนอแนะในการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ คือ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนที่สร้างขึ้นนี้สามารถ ช่วยให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลใช้พัฒนาหรือทบทวนความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผู้สูงอายุเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ต่อไป
