การตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำในมารดาวัยรุ่น: ปัจจัยเสี่ยงและผลกระทบด้านสุขภาพของมารดาและทารก

จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม การตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำในมารดาวัยรุ่นหมายถึง มารดาวัยรุ่นที่มีการตั้งครรภ์อีกครั้งหลังจากการตั้ง ครรภ์ครั้งก่อน ไม่มีเกณฑ์การเว้นระยะการตั้งครรภ์ครั้งก่อนเข้ามาเกี่ยวข้อง แต่จะรวมมารดามีอายุน้อยกว่า 20 ปี และยังสามารถ แบ่งเป็น การตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำเร็วในมารดาวัยรุ่น หมายถึงมารดาวัยรุ่นที่มีการตั้งครรภ์อีกครั้งหลังจากการตั้งครรภ์ครั้งก่อน ภายใน 24 เดือน โดยที่มารดามีอายุน้อยกว่า 20 ปี จะเห็นได้ว่า การตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำเร็วในมารดาวัยรุ่น จะเป็นกลุ่มย่อยของ การตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำใน มารดาวัยรุ่น โดยเน้นที่ระยะห่างของการตั้งครรภ์ครั้งก่อนและครั้งปัจจุบัน ไม่เกิน 24 เดือน บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้ เป็นการนำ เสนอข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำในมารดาวัยรุ่น เกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน ปัจจัยเสี่ยง และผลกระทบ ด้านสุขภาพของมารดาและทารก ในมารดาวัยรุ่นที่มีการตั้งครรภ์และคลอดครั้งที่สองขึ้นไป เพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจของผู้ดูแลสุขภาพ มารดาวัยรุ่น ที่ช่วยให้นำไปสู่การพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือที่เหมาะกับความต้องการของมารดาวัยรุ่น และการคำนึงถึงสุขภาพ ของมารดาและทารก
