ผลของการใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่อง การทำกายภาพบำบัดทรวงอกในเด็กสำหรับพยาบาลต่อความรู้ในการทำกายภาพบำบัดทรวงอก

การศึกษาผลของการใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการทำกายภาพบำบัดทรวงอกในเด็กสำหรับพยาบาลต่อ ความรู้ในการทำกายภาพบำบัดทรวงอก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลที่มีหน้าที่ดูแลเด็ก ในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งจำนวน 32 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำกายภาพบำบัดทรวงอก วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ Wilcoxon signed ranks test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่ามัธยฐานของคะแนนของความรู้ก่อนการใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเท่ากับ 15 คะแนน (min = 11, max = 17) และหลังการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเท่ากับ 17.5 (min = 14, max = 20) และมีคะแนนความรู้แตกต่างจากคะแนนก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <.01)
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ทำให้สามารถนำบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น ไปใช้ในการทบทวนความรู้เกี่ยวกับการ ทำกายภาพบำบัดทรวงอกสำหรับพยาบาลที่มีหน้าที่ในการดูแลเด็ก เพื่อให้พยาบาลสามารถทำกายภาพบัดทรวงอกได้อย่างถูกต้อง ทำให้ผู้ป่วยเด็กได้รับการระบายเสมหะได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
