การประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อส่งเสริมการยึดมั่นต่อแนวทางการพยาบาล ผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบหรืออุดตันเฉียบพลัน

การขาดความยึดมั่นในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานในการดูแลผู้ป่วยอาจส่งผลกระทบในทางลบต่อผลลัพธ์การดูแลผู้ป่วย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในผู้ป่วยที่ต้องการการดูแลใกล้ชิดเช่นโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเลวิน ในการปรับปรุงพฤติกรรมการให้การพยาบาลและการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบหรืออุดตันในระยะเฉียบพลันของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนแปลง สามารถส่งเสริมการยึดมั่นตามแนวปฏิบัติทางการพยาบาลเพิ่มสูงขึ้นในทุกกิจกรรมการพยาบาล
