ปัจจัยคัดสรรที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมชนิดปฐมภูมิ ของครูในจังหวัดนครปฐม

โรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่มีผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ การเตรียมความพร้อมของประชาชน กลุ่มเสี่ยงในการป้องกันโรคหรือชะลอความรุนแรงของโรคจึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความ สัมพันธ์และอำนาจการทำนายของกลุ่มปัจจัยคัดสรรต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมชนิดปฐมภูมิ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูระดับ ประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 230 คน เก็บข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน ถึง กรกฎาคม 2560 ด้วยแบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะ ส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินการรับรู้ของโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมชนิดปฐมภูมิ ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบ ความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.84 และ 0.76 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและสถิติการวิเคราะห์พหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยความรุนแรงโรคสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคฯ (รวม) อายุ น้ำหนักตัว และ จำนวนปีทำงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .145; r = -.247; r = -.135; r = -.200) ปัจจัยน้ำหนักตัว สัมพันธ์กับเพศชาย เพศหญิง และดัชนี มวลกายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .426; r = -.426; r = .755) ปัจจัยอายุสัมพันธ์กับจำนวนปีทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .838) เมื่อวิเคราะห์อำนาจการทำนายของปัจจัยคัดสรร พบว่า ปัจจัยเพศหญิง ดัชนีมวลกาย น้ำหนักตัว และอายุ สามารถร่วม กันทำนายความแปรปรวนของพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคฯ ได้ร้อยละ 11.00 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <0.05)
ผู้วิจัยเสนอแนะว่าควรเร่งพัฒนาโปรแกรมการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเพื่อการป้องกันโรคและหรือชะลอความ รุนแรงของโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมสำหรับกลุ่มคนวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนปลาย โดยคำนึงถึงอิทธิพลของปัจจัยทำนายดังกล่าว
