การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของแบบประเมินประสบการณ์ ผู้รับบริการหอผู้ป่วยในตามแนวคิดสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการเยียวยาในสถานพยาบาล

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องเชิงยืนยันของแบบประเมินประสบการณ์ผู้รับบริการ หอผู้ป่วยในตามแนวคิดสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการเยียวยาในสถานพยาบาล โดยการเลือกใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงในกลุ่มผู้รับบริการ หอผู้ป่วยในของโรงพยาบาลระดับทุติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย จำนวน 200 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้การตอบแบบประเมินที่พัฒนา ขึ้น มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.93 และมีความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ (CVI) เท่ากับ 0.915 วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิง ยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA) และพิจารณารายข้อ ทำให้ได้สรุปผลที่เหมาะสม เหลือตัวแปรทั้งสิ้น 35 ข้อ อยู่ใน 5 องค์ประกอบหรือปัจจัย เมื่อทำการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่า ค่าน้ำหนักขององค์ประกอบมีค่าเป็นบวก โดยอยู่ ระหว่าง 0.518-0.888 และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของแบบจำลองประสบการณ์ พบว่า ค่าไค-สแควร์ = 400.216 ที่องศาอิสระ (df) = 448 มีค่าความน่าจะเป็น=0.893 (CMIN/DF) ค่าดัชนีวัดความกลมกลืน (GFI) ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) และดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) = 0.902, 0.863 และ 1.000 ตามลำดับ ค่ารากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของเศษเหลือในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน (SRMR) = 0.000 และค่ารากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลัง สองของค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนโดยประมาณ (RMSEA) = 0.000 แสดงว่าแบบจำลององค์ประกอบประสบการณ์ผู้รับบริการหอผู้ป่วย ในนี้ สอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี
