การศึกษาตัวชี้วัดผลลัพธ์การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบระยะ เฉียบพลันในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายแบบ Delphi technique มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกำหนดตัวชี้วัดผลลัพธ์การพยาบาลผู้ป่วย โรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบระยะเฉียบพลันในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ ที่เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบจำนวน 21 ท่าน ได้แก่ กลุ่มอาจารย์และนักวิชาการ จำนวน 5 ท่าน กลุ่มผู้บริหาร ทางการพยาบาล จำนวน 7 ท่าน กลุ่มพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 6 ท่าน และกลุ่มแพทย์ 3 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความ คิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่า ตัวชี้วัดผลลัพธ์การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบระยะเฉียบพลันในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ประกอบ ด้วย 7 รายด้านหลัก 41 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ ด้านความปลอดภัยของระบบประสาทและสมอง 6 ตัวชี้วัด ด้านการเข้าถึงและประสิทธิภาพ ของการได้รับยาละลายลิ่มเลือด 5 ตัวชี้วัดด้านการประสานงานดูแลส่งต่อ 7 ตัวชี้วัดด้านความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยและญาติในการ เข้ารับบริการ 6 ตัวชี้วัดด้านการตอบสนองด้านจิตใจของผู้ป่วยและญาติ 3 ตัวชี้วัด ด้านการวางแผนจำหน่าย 8 ตัวชี้วัด และด้าน การดูแลต่อเนื่อง 6 ตัวชี้วัด โดยมีค่า มัธยฐานอยู่ในช่วง 4.18 – 4.93 ค่าพิสัยระหว่าง ควอไทล์อยู่ในช่วง 0.59 - 1.29 ผลการวิจัยจะได้ตัวชี้วัดด้านผลลัพธ์การพยาบาล ที่สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการประเมิน ปรับปรุงกระบวนการ พยาบาลการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบในระยะเฉียบพลันในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน
