การพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมศักยภาพครอบครัวเพื่อป้องกัน การตั้งครรภ์ไม่พร้อมในวัยรุ่น จังหวัดนครพนม

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการส่งเสริมศักยภาพครอบครัวเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่น จังหวัด นครพนม และประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบการส่งเสริมศักยภาพครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบิดามารดาหรือผู้ปกครองของวัยรุ่น ดำเนินการเป็น 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะเตรียมการ ระยะพัฒนารูปแบบ ระยะทดลองใช้รูปแบบ และการประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. รูปแบบการส่งเสริมศักยภาพครอบครัวในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พร้อมในวัยรุ่น จังหวัดนครพนม ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การประเมินความเสี่ยงร่วมกัน การระบุปัญหาและความเสี่ยง การตั้งเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนตรงประเด็น การกำหนดระดับกิจกรรมการแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกัน และการประเมินผล
2. การประเมินรูปแบบการส่งเสริมศักยภาพครอบครัวในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พร้อมในวัยรุ่น จังหวัดนครพนม พบว่า ความพึงพอใจในการใช้แบบประเมินด้านความสะดวกในการใช้ ด้านความเหมาะสม ด้านความครบถ้วนของข้อมูล ด้านประสิทธิภาพ/ความรวดเร็ว ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.72, S.D. =.57)
