การพัฒนาแบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยในคนงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยในคนงานโรงงาน อุตสาหกรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ คนงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมจำนวน 378 คน แบบวัดที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 4 มโนทัศน์ คือ การเข้าถึงข้อมูล การเข้าใจข้อมูล การประเมินค่าข้อมูล และการใช้และการสื่อสารข้อมูล ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง ของแบบวัดด้วยสถิติการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นของแบบวัดโดยใช้ค่า Cronbach’s alpha coefficients การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันพบว่าโมเดลองค์ประกอบสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ดี ค่าดัชน ีวัดระดับ ความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.94 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.91 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้อง กลมกลืนเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) เท่ากับ 0.98 และ ดัชนีความเป็นปกติ (NFI) เท่ากับ 0.93 ผลการตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นของแบบวัด พบว่าแบบวัดทั้งฉบับมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.82 ผลการศึกษาทำให้ได้แบบวัดที่มีความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงที่น่าเชื่อถือ สามารถนำไปใช้ในการวิจัยเพื่อส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยในคนงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
