ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อสมรรถนะในการเลี้ยงดูบุตรในมารดาหลังคลอดบุตรคนแรก

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของอายุ ภาวะซึมเศร้าระยะตั้งครรภ์ ภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอด ความ ต้องการบุตร และการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว ต่อสมรรถนะในการเลี้ยงดูบุตรในมารดาหลังคลอดบุตรคนแรก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น มารดาหลังคลอดบุตรคนแรกที่มารับบริการ ณ คลินิกวางแผนครอบครัว โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย เลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 100 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอด แบบสอบถามการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว และแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะในการเลี้ยงดูบุตร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณนา สถิติสห สัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ 1. ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อายุ ภาวะซึมเศร้าระยะตั้งครรภ์ ภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอด ความต้องการบุตร และการทำหน้าที่ของ ครอบครัว สามารถร่วมกันทำนายสมรรถนะในการเลี้ยงดูบุตรในมารดาหลังคลอดบุตรคนแรกได้ร้อยละ 35 (R2 = .350, p < .001) เมื่อพิจารณาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยของตัวพยากรณ์ พบว่า การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวสามารถทำนายสมรรถนะในการเลี้ยงดูบุตร ในมารดาหลังคลอดบุตรคนแรกได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β = .469, p < .001) ส่วนอายุ ภาวะซึมเศร้าระยะตั้งครรภ์ ภาวะซึม เศร้าหลังคลอด และความต้องการบุตร ไม่สามารถทำนายสมรรถนะในการเลี้ยงดูบุตรในมารดาหลังคลอดบุตรคนแรกได้ (p = .887, .198, .654 และ .133 ตามลำดับ)
