ผลของรูปแบบการพยาบาลที่บูรณาการสนับสนุนของครอบครัวกับการเสริมพลังอำนาจต่อการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ของมารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดครรภ์แรก

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ทักษะการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนม แม่ การรับรู้สมรรถนะของตนเองและความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของมารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดครรภ์แรกระหว่างกลุ่ม ทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ มารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดครรภ์แรก ที่แผนกหลังคลอด โรงพยาบาลเลิดสิน จำนวน 60 ราย แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม เลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ แบบประเมินทักษะการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่และแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วยข้อมูล ส่วนบุคคล การรับรู้สมรรถนะของตนเอง และความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยด้วยสถิติทดสอบ t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภายหลังการทดลอง มารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดครรภ์แรกที่ใช้รูปแบบการพยาบาลที่บูรณาการสนับสนุน ของครอบครัวกับการเสริมพลังอำนาจต่อการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ มีความรู้ ทักษะ และการรับรู้สมรรถนะของตนเองในการเลี้ยงลูก ด้วยนมแม่ สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในการเลี้ยง ลูกด้วยนมแม่ไม่แตกต่างกัน ผลการศึกษาบ่งชี้ว่าผลการใช้รูปแบบการพยาบาลที่บูรณาการสนับสนุนของครอบครัวกับการเสริมพลัง อำนาจต่อการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ช่วยให้มารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และเชื่อมั่นในความสามารถในการเลี้ยงลูก ด้วยนมแม่
