ผลการใช้รูปแบบการพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้ ต่อสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้ายของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ

การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการพัฒนาสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้าย ด้วยระบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลเซนต์หลุยส์ที่ปฏิบัติงานแผนกผู้ป่วยในและแผนก ผู้สูงอายุ โรงพยาบาลเซนต์หลุยส์ มีประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้าย 3–5 ปี คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ คู่มือพัฒนาสมรรถนะพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้ายด้วยระบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้ และ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้ายด้วยระบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรง ตามเนื้อหาทั้งฉบับด้วยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 คน ค่า CVI .92 และหาค่าความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธ์แอลฟ่าเท่ากับ 0.963 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณาและสถิติทดสอบค่าที (pair t test) วัดก่อนและหลังการพัฒนาสมรรถนะพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้าย ด้วยระบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้ายด้วยระบบพยาบาลเจ้าของ ไข้หลังการใช้ระบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้อยู่ในระดับสูง ( = 4.15, SD = .44) และสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะ สุดท้ายหลังการใช้ระบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้ระบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
