การประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนการสอน แบบการประชุมทางไกลผ่านระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์: กรณีศึกษากระบวนวิชาการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในองค์กรการพยาบาล

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบการประชุมทางไกลผ่านระบบเครือข่าย คอมพิวเตอร์: กรณีศึกษากระบวนวิชาการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในองค์กรการพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย นักศึกษา อาจารย์ผู้สอน และ ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาล เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบการ ประชุมทางไกล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณาด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- นักศึกษาและอาจารย์ผู้สอน เห็นด้วยว่าการสอนแบบการประชุมทางไกลผ่านระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุน ผลลัพธ์ต่อผู้เรียน การจัดการเรียนและการสอน และ การนำไปใช้
- นักศึกษา อาจารย์ผู้สอน และผู้บริหาร มีความคิดเห็นว่าการเรียนการสอนแบบการประชุมทางไกล ผ่านระบบ เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ เป็นการประหยัดเวลาและค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทาง และทำให้มีการขยายการศึกษา
- ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์ ห้องเรียน และบุคลากร อาจารย์ผู้สอนและผู้บริหารควรสนับสนุนการนำรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนดังกล่าวมาใช้กรณีนักศึกษาอยู่ที่ที่ห่างไกล จากสถานศึกษาพยาบาล โดยควรเตรียมความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์ ห้องเรียน และบุคลากรให้เหมาะสม
