การพัฒนาแบบสอบถามองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ ของผู้ปฏิบัติวิชาชีพกายอุปกรณ์ในประเทศไทย

การวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบสอบถามองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้ ปฏิบัติวิชาชีพกายอุปกรณ์ในประเทศไทย ศึกษาโดยการสังเคราะห์จากแนวคิด ทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสนทนากลุ่มย่อย และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติวิชาชีพกายอุปกรณ์ ในสถาบันทางการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลระดับตติย ภูมิ ทุติยภูมิของรัฐทั่วประเทศ คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงเพื่อสนทนากลุ่มย่อย 20 คน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 8 คน ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงตามเนื้อหา ด้วยวิธีดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามและวัตถุประสงค์ (Item-Objective Congruence Index : IOC) และดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Content Validity Index: CVI) ตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นด้วยโดยการ ทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่นของครอนบาค (Cronbach alpha coefficient ) ผลการสังเคราะห์ พบว่าองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้ปฏิบัติวิชาชีพกายอุปกรณ์ในประเทศไทย มี 7 องค์ ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) การคิดและการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ ประกอบด้วย 14 ตัวแปรองค์ประกอบ (2) การพัฒนาผู้นำในปัจจุบันและอนาคต ประกอบด้วย 10 ตัวแปรองค์ประกอบ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ทุกภาคส่วน ประกอบด้วย 15 ตัวแปรองค์ประกอบ (4) การดำเนินงานให้ สำเร็จ ประกอบด้วย 7 ตัวแปรองค์ประกอบ (5) การสร้างจิตวิญญาณการเป็นองค์กร ประกอบด้วย 6 ตัวแปรองค์ประกอบ (6) การ กำหนดทิศทาง ประกอบด้วย 7 ตัวแปรองค์ประกอบ และ (7) การสร้างพันธมิตร ประกอบด้วย 6 ตัวแปรองค์ประกอบ รวมทั้งสิ้น 65 ตัวแปร เมื่อนำองค์ประกอบที่ได้ไปพัฒนาเป็นแบบสอบถาม ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา พบว่ามีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย (Item-Objective Congruence Index : IOC) = 0.96 และมีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิง เนื้อหา (Content Validity Index: CVI) = 0.81 ส่วนการตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) พบว่ามีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของ ครอนบาค (Chronbach alpha coefficient ) เท่ากับ 0.98 จากข้อค้นพบในการวิจัย มีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรนำแบบสอบถามที่ พั ฒนาแล้ วไปรวบรวมข้ อมู ลจากผู้ ประกอบวิ ชาชีพกาย อุปกรณ์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงยืนยันว่าสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์หรือไม่ต่อไป
