ประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมลดการตีตราตนเองในผู้เสพสารเสพติด

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ 1) การตีตราตนเองของผู้เสพสารเสพติดก่อนและหลังจบโปรแกรม ลดการตีตราตนเองทันที และ 1 เดือนหลังจบโปรแกรม 2) การตีตราตนเองของผู้เสพสารเสพติดระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้โปรแกรมลดการ ตีตราตนเองกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติก่อน และ 1 เดือนหลังจบโปรแกรม โดยศึกษาในผู้เสพสารเสพติดด้วยวิธีฉีดที่รับบริการ ณ ศูนย์ลดอันตรายจากการใช้สารเสพติด (Drop in center) เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 46 คน สุ่มเข้ากลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมฯ 21 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 25 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมลดการตีตราตนเอง แบบวัดความรู้สึกตีตราตนเอง และ แบบประเมินคุณค่าในตนเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายและทดสอบความแตกต่างด้วยสถิติ t-test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) การตีตราตนเองของผู้เสพสารเสพติดที่ได้รับโปรแกรมลดการตีตราตนเองหลังจบโปรแกรม ทันทีและหลังจบโปรแกรม 1 เดือนต่ำกว่าก่อนเข้ารับโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) การตีตราตนเองของผู้เสพ สารเสพติดที่ได้รับโปรแกรมลดการตีตราตนเองต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติหลังจบโปรแกรม 1 เดือน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .05 ข้อเสนอแนะการทำวิจัยครั้งต่อไปควรมีการศึกษาประสิทธิผลการนำโปรแกรมไปใช้ในกลุ่มประชากรที่มีปัญหา สุขภาพจิตอื่นๆ และมีติดตามประเมินผลของโปรแกรมอย่างต่อเนื่องและระยะยาวเพื่อนำไปสู่แนวทางการพัฒนาโปรแกรมให้มี ประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
