ปัจจัยคัดสรรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความฉลาดทางสุขภาพ ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน

การวิจัยแบบสำรวจเชิงวิเคราะห์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับและปัจจัยคัดสรรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความฉลาด ทางสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน(อสม.) จำนวน 342 คน เลือกแบบมีชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบประเมินความฉลาดทางสุขภาพตามหลัก “3อ.2ส.” ของกองสุขศึกษา กระทรวงสาธารณสุข แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ 1) ปัจจัยคัดสรร ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ สถานภาพสมรส 2) แบบประเมินความฉลาดทางสุขภาพ ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความรู้ความเข้าใจทางสุขภาพมีค่า KR 20 เท่ากับ 0.64 และแบบสอบถามการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ การสื่อสารทางสุขภาพ การจัดการตนเอง การรู้เท่าทันสื่อ และการตัดสินใจเลือกปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้อง มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.78 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความฉลาดทางสุขภาพโดยรวม และรายด้าน 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ยกเว้น การตัดสินใจเลือกปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้องอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ปัจจัยเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และสถานภาพสมรสไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ กับความฉลาดทางสุขภาพโดยรวม เมื่อวิเคราะห์รายด้านพบว่า ปัจจัยเพศมีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้ ความเข้าใจทางสุขภาพ ระดับการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศ และอาชีพมีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดการตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ ข้อเสนอแนะคือสาธารณสุขจังหวัด ควรจัดงบประมาณพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความฉลาดทางสุขภาพทั้ง 6 ทักษะโดย เฉพาะทักษะที่ 1-5 แก่อสม.
