ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้าย ของนักเรียนพยาบาลทหาร สังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม ชั้นปีที่ 4

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูล และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้าย ของนักเรียนพยาบาลทหารสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม ชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 153 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ประสบการณ์การดูแล ความต้องการศึกษาอบรม ประเด็นจริยธรรม แบบประเมินความรู้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้าย แบบสอบถามทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับความตายและการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้าย และ แบบประเมินการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้าย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรู้ และการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้ายอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ทัศนคติ ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้ายอยู่ในระดับดี ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบว่า ทัศนคติมีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้ และการรับรู้สมรรถนะ แห่งตนในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้าย แต่ความรู้ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้าย ผลการศึกษา ครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปวางแผนเพื่อเป็นแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักเรียนพยาบาลทหารสังกัด กระทรวงกลาโหม สามารถให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้ายได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ
