ผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนในการจัดการ กับอาการต่ออาการทางลบของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง เพื่อเปรียบเทียบอาการทางลบของ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนในการจัดการกับอาการ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบอาการทางลบ ของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนในการจัดการกับอาการกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยจิตเภท จำนวน 40 ราย ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ ที่เข้ารับการรักษาแบบผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลจิตเวช นครสวรรค์ราชนครินทร์ โดยจับคู่ให้ทั้ง 2 กลุ่มมีความใกล้เคียงกันด้านเพศและอาการทางลบ และสุ่มเข้ากลุ่มทดลอง 20 ราย และกลุ่มควบคุม 20 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง คือ โปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนในการจัดการกับอาการ ที่ประกอบ ด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การกระตุ้นทางอารมณ์ 2) การใช้ตัวแบบ 3) ประสบการณ์ความสำเร็จ 4) การใช้คำพูดชักจูง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทและแบบประเมินอาการทางลบ เครื่องมือทุกชุดผ่านการตรวจ สอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน โดยแบบประเมินอาการทางลบมีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ .84 มีค่า ความเที่ยงจากการสังเกต เท่ากับ .72 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนอาการทางลบของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนในการจัดการ กับอาการ ต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนในการจัดการกับอาการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนอาการทางลบของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนในการจัดการกับอาการ ต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
