สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำและบรรยากาศองค์การที่มีผลต่อการจัดการความรู้ ของบุคลากรในสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดยโสธร

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำ และบรรยากาศองค์การที่มีผลต่อการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากรในสำนักงานสาธารณสุข จังหวัดยโสธร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรในสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดยโสธร จำนวน 143 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน ทุกข้อมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง มากกว่า 0.50 ความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาช เท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการถดถอยพหุเชิงเส้นแบบขั้นตอนส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพทำการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำ ระดับบรรยากาศองค์การ และระดับการจัดการความรู้ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และพบว่าตัวแปรทั้ง 4 ตัว ประกอบด้วย บรรยากาศองค์การมิติมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน สุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำทักษะ ด้านการวางแผนและจัดองค์การ บรรยากาศองค์การมิติความเสี่ยง และสุนทรียทักษะภาวะผู้นำทักษะด้านการสอนงาน สามารถร่วมกันในการพยากรณ์และมีผลต่อการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากรในสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดยโสธร ได้ร้อยละ 80.2
