การพัฒนาศักยภาพและจัดทำนวัตกรรมดูแลประชาชนในสถานการณ์ การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019

การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านความรู้และทักษะการจัดทำนวัตกรรมเพื่อ การดูแลประชาชนในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัด ปทุมธานี เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 55 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) โปรแกรมพัฒนาศักยภาพอาสาสมัคร สาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน 2) แบบทดสอบความรู้โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการทำนวัตกรรม และแบบ ประเมินความพึงพอใจนวัตกรรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณา และ Paired t-test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่าได้นวัตกรรมสติ๊กเกอร์กลิ่นสมุนไพรติดแมสก์และระบุการได้รับวัคซีนโควิด-19 ที่พัฒนาขึ้น 10 แบบ กลิ่นสมุนไพร 5 กลิ่น ความพึงพอใจนวัตกรรมสติ๊กเกอร์ในภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.27 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.420 หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาศักยภาพสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านมีความรู้เรื่องโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และทักษะการ จัดทำนวัตกรรมเพื่อการดูแลประชาชนในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <.05)
