ประสิทธิผลการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้คำถามเป็นฐาน ของนักเรียนพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้คำถามเป็นฐานของนักเรียนพยาบาล วิทยาลัย พยาบาลกองทัพบก ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan,1970) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สมัคร เข้าร่วมการวิจัยคือนักเรียนพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 85 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบการสรุปผล การเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนหลังการเรียน แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมในชั้นเรียน แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนการ สอนแบบใช้คำถามเป็นฐาน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ผู้สอนต่อการเรียนการสอนแบบใช้คำถามเป็นฐานซึ่งผ่าน การตรวจสอบความตรงด้านเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการเรียนการสอน 3 คน และแบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ผ่านการตรวจสอบ ความตรงด้านเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน ทดลองใช้ข้อสอบกับนักเรียนพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 4 รุ่นที่ 51 จำนวน 30 คน หาความเชื่อ มั่นของข้อสอบโดยคำนวณจาก KR-20 ได้ 0.65 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนจากการทำสรุปบทเรียนหลังเรียนสามารถทำได้ผ่านตามวัตถุประสงค์ทุกคน คิด เป็นร้อยละ 100 และการทำแบบทดสอบ ได้คะแนนผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 60 ทุกคน คะแนนเฉลี่ยคิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.16 2. นักเรียนพยาบาลมีพฤติกรรมการเรียนในชั้นเรียนอยู่ในระดับดีทุกพฤติกรรม ( = 2.84 คะแนนเต็ม 3) 3. นักเรียนและผู้สอนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบใช้คำถามเป็นฐานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( = 4.48, 4.53 คะแนนเต็ม 5 ตามลำดับ)
