ปัจจัยทำนายผลการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนและรับใบอนุญาต เป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ชั้นหนึ่ง ของบัณฑิตพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยคัดสรร ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านบุคคล และปัจจัยด้านการ สนับสนุนจากวิทยาลัย ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรรกับผลการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนฯ และสร้างสมการทำนายผลการสอบ ขึ้นทะเบียนและรับใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ชั้นหนึ่งของบัณฑิตพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาล กองทัพบกกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตรุ่นที่49 ปีการศึกษา2558วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพ บก จำนวน 79 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้Regression analysis ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมอยู่ในช่วง 3.01-4.00 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.9 ผลการ สอบผ่านการสอบรวบยอดสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล(ในการสอบครั้งแรก) ทั้ง8รายวิชาคิด เป็นร้อยละ59.5มีพฤติกรรมการเตรียมตัวสอบ อยู่ในระดับมาก(M = 3.76,SD = 0.47)มีความวิตกกังวลในการสอบ อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง (M = 2.72, SD = 0.67) มีทัศนคติต่อการสอบ อยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.19, SD = 0.60) มีแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเต รียมตัวสอบ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด(M = 4.44, SD = 0.50)ส่วนปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนจากวิทยาลัยด้านวิชาการอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.67, SD = 0.80) ด้านกิจกรรม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M=3.30, SD=0.90) และด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง (M = 3.35, SD = 1.02) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนฯ ได้แก่ เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมตลอดหลักสูตร (r = .269)ผลการสอบรวบยอดสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล(r = .468)และทัศนคติต่อการสอบ (r = .391) และสมการทำนายผลการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนฯ เป็นดังนี้ผลการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนฯ = 5.760+ 0.177 ผลการสอบรวบยอด + 0.021 ทัศนคติต่อการสอบ ข้อเสนอแนะในการนำไปใช้ผลการวิจัยที่ได้สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอน การพัฒนาคุณภาพของสถาบันการศึกษาและพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของสภาการพยาบาล ต่อไป

Predictors of the Result of the License Examination of Graduated Nurses, Royal Thai Army Nurse College

This descriptive research aims tostudy selected factors 2 factors , the relationship between selected factors and the Result of the License Examination of Graduated Nurses and create an equation to predict the Result of the License Examination of Graduated Nurses, Royal Thai Army Nurse. The sample consisted of 79 nursing students class 49 in the academic year 2558 and data analyzed using Regression analysis The research found that Personal factors showed that the samples had GPAX of 3.01-4.00 was as 92.9%. The results of the comprehensive examination of nursing Faculty of Nurse Mahidol University (In the first exam) total the eight subjects was as 59.5%. Behavioral Preparation for exam registration was the high level (M = 3.76, SD = 0.47). The anxiety about exam registration was the moderate level (M = 2.72, SD = 0.67), Attitudes for exam registration was the high level (M = 4.19, SD = 0.60). The motivation to prepare for exam registration was the highest level (M = 4.44, SD = 0.50). And supportive form college including academic was the high level. (M = 3.67, SD = 0.80). Activity was the moderate level (M = 3.30, SD = 0.90). Facility At the moderate level (M = 3.35, SD = 1.02). Factors related to the Result of the License Examination of Graduated Nurses, Royal Thai Army Nurse is GPAX (r = .269), The results of the comprehensive examination of nursing Faculty of Nurse Mahidol University (r = .468) and Attitudes for exam registration (r = .391). And the predicting equation of the Result of the License Examination of Graduated Nurses, Royal Thai Army Nurse was 5.760+ 0.177 comprehensive + 0.021 attitudes. Suggestion to apply The research results can be used to develop the teaching and learning process, the quality development of educational institutions. And improve the quality of education management to meet the standards of the Nursing Council.
