Abstract

การเลือกตั้งเป็นการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำให้กับผู้เรียนโดยใช้วิธีการตามแนวระบอบประชาธิปไตยผ่านการ เลือกตั้ง ซึ่งปัจจุบันจะเป็นการลงคะแนนเสียงแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพิ่มมากขึ้น ประกอบกับ กูเกิ้ล (Google) ได้พัฒนากูเกิ้ลฟอร์ม (Google Form) ซึ่งเป็นโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ออนไลน์ในการใช้สร้างแบบสอบถามที่ประยุกต์ใช้กับการลงคะแนนเสียง ซึ่งนับว่า เป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งที่ดีที่สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการเลือกตั้งนักเรียนปกครองได้เพราะจะทำให้ไม่มีบัตรเสียในการเลือกตั้งสามารถ ประมวลผลได้ทันทีทำให้เป็นการประหยัดเวลาและค่าใช้จ่าย สอดคล้องกับนโยบายไทยแลนด์ 4.0 และส่งเสริมความเป็น ประชาธิปไตย

The Election of Student Commanders via Online System by using Google Form: Case Study at the Royal Thai Army Nursing College

Theelectionis a democratic way toenhanceleadership tostudents. Nowadays, theelectionsexpand via online system. Thus, Google Form, a computer program, has been developed by google. The college can apply Google Form for student commander election. Online election via Google Form promoted democracy, convenience, fast and supported the government policy of Thailand 4.0. Furthermore, it reduced the budget for election card providing and saved time for the final score counting.
