การพัฒนารูปแบบพฤติกรรมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยใช้กระบวนการสุนทรียสนทนา แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลยโสธร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนาเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหา แนวทางการพัฒนา และการพัฒนารูปแบบพฤติกรรมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลยโสธร และ 2) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพก่อนและหลังการพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ 1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก 22 คน และ 2) ผู้ใช้บริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกก่อนและหลังการใช้รูปแบบพฤติกรรมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล กลุ่มละ 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัย ได้แก่1) แนวทางการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมสัมพันธภาพโดยใช้กระบวนการสุนทรียสนทนา 2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการต่อพฤติกรรมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และ 3) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพตามการรับรู้ของตนเอง ความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือชุดที่ 2 และ 3 เท่ากับ 0.95 และ0.96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติพรรณนา สถิติทดสอบค่าที และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการจำแนกและจัดระบบข้อมูลผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพแสดงพฤติกรรรมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลไม่ถูกต้องและไม่ครอบคลุม มีแนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบตามปัญหาที่พบ และได้รูปแบบพฤติกรรรมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่เป็นแบบแผนการปฏิสัมพันธ์ของพยาบาลที่มีต่อผู้ป่วยตามทฤษฎีสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล (2) ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความพึงพอใจผู้ใช้บริการและพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อพฤติกรรมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพหลังการพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The Development of an Interpersonal Relationship Behaviors Model of Professional Nurses through a Dialogue Process at the Out-patient Department of Yasothon Hospital

The purposes of this research and development were: 1) to analyze problems, to search guidelines, and to develop an interpersonal relationship behaviors model of professional nurses at the Out-patient Department of Yasothon Hospital, and 2) to investigate the appropriateness of interpersonal relationship of professional nurses before and after developing the behavior model. The samples comprised 2 groups including 1) 22 professional nurses who worked at the Out-patient Department, and 2) two groups of sixty patients (thirty each) before and after adopting the new model. Research tools consisted of 1) guidelines for focus group discussion through a dialogue process, 2) patients’ satisfaction with professional nurses’ interpersonal relationship, and 3) professional nurses’ satisfaction with their interpersonal relationship behaviors. The reliabilities of second and third parts of the tools were 0.95 and 0.96 respectively. The quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and t-test while the qualitative data analysis was done by typological analysis. The results of this study were as follows. (1) Professional nurses expressed interpersonal relationship behaviors incorrectly and incompletely, then they suggested to develop the model based on those evolving problems. Thus, the new model included interaction patterns between nurses and patients based on interpersonal relationship theory.(2) Both patients’ satisfaction and professional nurses’ satisfaction with the behaviors of professional nurses were significantly higher than before the development at the level .05
