This survey research aimed to assess and prioritize the need to develop the Educational Management in the St Teresa International University Bachelor of Nursing. The sample consisted of 251 undergraduate nursing students from first to fourth year in the Academic year 2025, determined using Yamane’s sampling table. Stratified random sampling and simple random sampling techniques were employed. Data were collected through a five-point rating scale questionnaire on the essential needs for managing the B.N.S. program, which demonstrated a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.97. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics methods, including frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and their priority in terms of needs was also set using Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified). The research findings were as follows: the overall need to develop the Educational Management in the Bachelor of Nursing Science Program of St Teresa International University had a PNImodified of 0.20. In each aspect, the most critical need to develop the Educational Management was Facilities and Infrastructure (PNImodified=0.32), Student Support Service (PNImodified=0.25), and Extra-curricular activities (PNImodified=0.19), respectively. The study recommends further research involving other stakeholders to obtain comprehensive data and improve efficiency.
