This descriptive research aimed to study the readiness of the pre-aging population (aged 45-59 years) in Khon Kaen Province to enter an aging society and identify related factors. A total of 422 participants were selected through multi-stage sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. The results showed that most participants were female, with an average age of 52.9 years and a mean monthly income of 11,132.42 baht. The majority owned their homes, had no chronic diseases, and were covered by universal health insurance. High levels of technology access and community participation were observed. Overall, readiness for aging was rated as high ( = 3.93, S.D. = 0.74), encompassing health, social engagement, economic stability, housing, and technology. Key factors significantly associated with readiness included income, income sufficiency, housing status, healthcare benefits, attitudes, health behaviors, and social participation, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
