Yoga Performance for Anti Aging
Keywords:
Yoga, Anti Aging, elderlyAbstract
Thailand is entering the ageing society, a time of deterioration brought on by physical and mental changes. One essential strategy to slow down this degeneration is exercise. However, the elderly should choose an exercise regimen that is appropriate for their current level of fitness. Anti-aging yoga is another exercise regimen to slow down ageing. This is due to the fact that anti-aging yoga enhances the elasticity and firmness of your skin on every area of your body, making your skin look younger and more vibrant. Yoga also boosts your health from the inside out. In addition, yoga practices help ease physical aches and pains. Nowadays, social media can be used to share anti-aging yoga poses for the elderly. In this study, the data of yoga poses were studied and collected from textbooks, yoga experts and websites in order to create a yoga practice manual for publication on media, including textbooks, multimedia, posters, videos and websites. The findings of this study led to the creation of the “Anti-aging Yoga Course” Google Site and anti-aging yoga pose posters. The foundations of yoga, preparation for yoga practice, and anti-aging yoga poses are all covered on this website. The results revealed that the respondents showed the overall satisfaction with this website at a good level.
