Factors Related to The Quality of Seamless Referral Services in Urban Areas Bangkok Metropolitan

This research was a correlational research. The objective of this research was to study the factors related to the quality of seamless referral services in an urban area, Bangkok Metropolitan. Participants were Professional nurses working in the Home Visiting Unit, Public Health Service Center, Bureau of Health, Bangkok. Data were collected by questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in terms of Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
Pearson’s analysis of correlation found that the discharge planning factor was positively correlated with the sample’s seamless referral outcome. The discharge planning factor was statistically significant (r = .651, p < .001) and the information network factor was positively correlated with the seamless transmission outcome of the sample. The information network factor was statistically significant (r = .518, p < .001) and the coordination network factor was positively correlated with the seamless transmission outcome of the sample. The coordination network factor was statistically significant (r = .514, p < .001).
