Abstract

This study is a descriptive study. The objective is to study the motivation. Main performance And the relationship between motivation and the main performance of the work of public health scholars in primary care services. Trang Province Sample group of 136 people by stratified random sampling primary randomization. Research toolsIs a questionnaire consisting of general information, motivation and operational competency of public health scholars Analyze confidence values Of the questionnaire, motivation for the performance of public health scholars And the performance of the public health scholars, the whole version is 0.92. Analyze the data with descriptive statistics and peer correlation coefficient ridge.
The results show that the sample has an incentive level for the performance of public health scholars in Primary care services are at a high level (M = 4.11, SD = 0.42) and the main competency level in the operation of the health academics in primary care services Trang Province is at a high level (M = 4.41, SD = 0.35) Motivation has a high level of positive relationship with the primary performance of the work of public health scholars in primary care units. Statistically significant at level .01
Therefore, the organization should encourage progress in work. Motivation And stability in the lives of personnel working in the position of public health academics, such as salary promotion Higher promotion And study for more knowledge
