Abstract

This study is a descriptive research. The objective is to study the decision to undergo Colorectal cancer screening and to study factors related to the decision to undergo colon and rectal cancer screening. Sample group: 205 people The research tool is a questionnaire. The reliability value was 0.89 The data was analyzed using a ready-made computer program. Statistics used include frequency, percentage statistics, mean, standard deviation. and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. at the significance level .01
The results showed that 1.) The decision to undergo colorectal cancer screening was high (M = 4.10, SD = 0.46), 2.) The perception of colorectal cancer was high (M = 3.86,SD = 0.55), the attitude about colorectal cancer was high (M = 3.71,SD = 0.58). There was a positive correlation with moderate, moderate colorectal cancer screening decisions and colorectal cancer attitudes. It was positively correlated with the decision to undergo moderate colorectal cancer screening. Statistically significant at the .01 level.
Therefore, local agencies should use the research results to create plans to increase knowledge and find ways to promote behavior. Screening tests to screen for colon and rectal cancer. of the people according to the target group aged 50-70 years can continue
