Abstract

Currently, there is a global health innovation production competition to keep up with the world’s sickness situation. The causes and current illnesses are more complex. In order to prevent and increase the quality of promotion, prevention, care and treatment of patients. Health personnel, including students in the field of health Be able to apply the design thinking process to develop health innovations for effective work results. and can meet the needs of innovative users exactly to the point. This article aims to develop health innovations through design thinking for health personnel. such as nurses, doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists Be aware of applying design thinking to develop innovations in health work, and to recognize the support of executives, the agency recognizes the importance of applying the design thinking process to develop personnel to develop health innovations. In order to meet the needs of the people / service recipients to meet the needs and be able to effectively solve the complex problems of current illnesses, and increase satisfaction and engagement in the health service of the agency.
