This research is a quasi-experimental study to compare the stress index in stressed subjects. Measure results before and after the royal court massage. The study was conducted for 1 week, 3 times, 60 minutes each time. Massage the legs, outer legs, inner legs, outer arms, inner arms, back, shoulders, shoulders, and neck curves. The sample group consisted of 26 people. The selection criteria were those with high levels of stress aged 18-25. The tools used include general information queries, stress assessment form (SPST-20), blood pressure monitor and a heart rate variability (HRV). The results showed that after all three trials there was a significant decrease in heart rate (Mean HRT) and stress index. Therefore, the royal style of massage is an alternative to caring for people with stress in order to relax the body.
