Transformative Learning: Apply to Nursing Administration and Management Subject

Transformative Learning is learning through the reflection process that the goal of learning management towards a change in the nursing education perspective are to encourage nursing graduates after graduation, achieving change agent, professional nurses solving current and serious health problems, including effect to higher client expectation of nurses’ caring as well. In this new paradigm of learning management towards change, the author applied a new conceptualization process to design learning activities in Nursing Administration and Management Subject for achieving change agent and taking a role of nursing change leader in the future.
