The Implement of Modern Human Resource Management in Institute of Nursing Education

Abstract

The implement of modern human resource management in institute of nursing education. The objective of this article is that, presenting the main issues in changing to implementation of modern human resource management. Which is management with human resource by using strategy planning participation and select the related strategy to set human resource management strategy plan. This strategy has achieved to the goal. The implement of modern human resource management is used measuring human resource performance system, modern technology and innovation for operational effciency increasing. This implement takes affect to stakeholders in human resource management and they need to change their management approach and essential performance. However, institute of nursing education management must depends on higher education standards and quality by Offce of the Higher Education Commission and institute of nursing and midwifery certifcation standards by Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council, causing of these standards, the transition for implement of modern human resource management in institute of nursing education must be considered with those standards as well and there are 2 parts for changing such as: 1) human resource management procedure, consists of management changing with strategy planning, participation in strategy plan setting, measuring and evaluation, potential development, researching, innovation using and employee engagement increasing 2) performance of stakeholders in human resource management, consists of skill, knowledge and technology development, leadership development, skill and knowledge for human resource management with young generation.
