The Relationships between the Selected Factors and Main Nursing Competencies with Quality Nursing Service of Nurses from Bachelor of Nursing Science Program, School of Nursing, Eastern Asia University

The objectives of this research were to study the level of main nursing competencies and quality nursing service and the relationships between the selected factors and main nursing competencies with quality nursing service. The samples were 250 of nurses who graduated from bachelor of nursing science program, school of nursing, Eastern Asia University, from academic years 2009-2015. The questionnaires were used for data collecting and analyzed by statistics such as; frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation, and Chi-square. The result found that; the level of main nursing competencies and quality nursing service were in high and highest (mean: 4.43-4.87). The work experience and duration of operation of selected factors had relationships with quality nursing service (p < 0.05) and the overall of main nursing competencies had relationships with overall of quality nursing service, it indicated moderate level of relationship (r = 0.605, p < 0.05).
