Administration to Support Coordination of Mediation and Compromise of the Lay Judges in the Office of Juvenile and Family Court

Research methodology in this study was a mixed methodological research design to which it is to study the administration to support coordination of mediation and compromise of the Lay Judges in the Office of Juvenile and Family Court. The data were collected via questionnaires from population who are all 1,189 Lay Judges executing in the 1st and 2nd Region of the Office of Juvenile and Family Court. Data were analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple regressions and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research found that; (1) Problems on administration to support coordination of mediation and compromise of the Lay Judges in the Office of Juvenile and Family Court, based on concept of the PANT-ITERMS in 6 aspects in which most samplings agree on 6 aspects in high level. The information aspect is the most average; Information aspect ( = 2.53, S.D. = 0.63). The second most average is virtue aspect ( = 2.52, S.D. = 0.63), and the least average is professional occupation aspect ( = 2.38, S.D. = 0.72); (2) For the optimized efficient guidelines of administration to support coordination of mediation and compromise of the Lay Judges in the Office of Juvenile and Family Court, based on concept of the PANT-ITERMS in 6 aspects, the study found that most samplings agree on 6 aspects in high level. The information aspect is the most average; Information aspect ( = 2.68, S.D. = 0.55). The second most average is network aspect ( = 2.62, S.D. = 0.56), and the least average is professional occupation aspect ( = 2.34, S.D. = 0.71); (3) In terms of efficiency of administration, based on the concept of PAMS-POSDCORB in 5 perspectives, the most samplings approve all 5 perspectives in median level ( = 2.23, S.D. = 0.69). The planning perspective is the most average ( = 2.28, S.D. = 0.68). The second most average is policy administration perspective ( = 2.26, S.D. = 0.69), and the least average is human resource administration perspective ( = 2.16, S.D. = 0.72); and (4) Enhanced management effectiveness to support the coordination of mediation and conciliation of judges in the Youth Court Office, based on the PANT-ITERMS concept that influences management efficiency in accordance with the concept. PAMS-POSDCORB is divided into 5 aspects. 4.1) Policy Administration in management found that the variance in management efficiency was based on the concept. PAMS-POSDCORB The correlation coefficient was 0.90 (R2 = 0.090). The reliability was 99% (Sig. = 0.000, F test = 15.702). 4.2) planning, it was found that the variance in management efficiency was based on the concept. PAMS-POSDCORB The correlation coefficient was 1.27 (R2 = 0.127). The reliability was 99% (Sig. = 0.000, F test = 23.084). 4.3) Human resource Administration found that the variance in management efficiency was based on the concept. PAMS-POSDCORB The correlation coefficient (% = 0.000, F test = 9.359) 4.4) Evaluation Variance in Management Performance Based on Concept PAMS-POSDCORB The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.63 (R2 = 0.063). The reliability was 99% (Sig. = 0.000, F test = 10.748). 4.5) Budget Administration Perspectives in Management Performance Based on Concept PAMS-POSDCORB 0.91% (R2 = 0.091) was associated with confidence level of 99% (Sig. = 0.000, F test = 15.842).
