ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาล มารดา ทารกและการผดุงครรภ์ 1 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชา ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลมารดา ทารก และการผดุงครรภ์ 1 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยวิทยาลัยเอกชน แห่งหนึ่ง ในจังหวัดนครปฐม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 170 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ส่วนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามปัจจัย ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลมารดา ทารกและการผดุงครรภ์ 1 ผ่านการ ตรวจความตรงของเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 คน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.90 และนำมาหา ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม โดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้เท่ากับ 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุ ผลการวิจัย พบว่าปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลมารดา ทารก และการผดุงครรภ์1 ดังนี้ 1) ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับ การเรียนรู้ ข้อผู้สอนใช้วิธีการสอนที่หลากหลายสอดคล้องกับลักษณะวิชาและผลลัพธ์ของการเรียนรู้ 2) ด้านระบบสังคม ข้อผู้สอนเป็นผู้มีความรู้ ความชำนาญ และ 3) ด้านสาระความรู้และสิ่งที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ข้อผู้สอนจัดประสบการณ์ให้ผู้เรียนได้ฝึกทักษะที่สำคัญ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน (r = .163, .161 และ.093) ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยด้านสาระความรู้และสิ่งที่ส่งเสริม การเรียนรู้ ข้อผู้เรียนได้รับการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะและสมรรถนะของผู้เรียนที่จำเป็นต้องปลูกฝังจนติดตัว และด้านระบบสังคม ข้อผู้เรียนมีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมายร่วมกัน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับต่ำกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ( r = -.085 และ r = -.098 ตามลำดับ) โดย สามารถร่วมทำนายผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลมารดา ทารก และการผดุงครรภ์ 1 ได้ร้อยละ 15.60 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (R2 = .156)

The Factors Influencing Achievement of Practicum in Nursing Care for Mother, Infant, and Midwifery 1 of Nursing Students
at a Private University in Nakhon Pathom Province

The purpose of this Descriptive Research was to study the factors influencing achievement of practicum in nursing care for mother, infant, and midwifery 1 course of the nursing students at a Private University in Nakhon Pathom Province. The sample were 170 of the fourth - year nursing students. The instrument was a set of questionnaire was tested for Indexes of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) by three experts derived average value was at 0.90 and reliability by Conbrach’s alpha coefficiency was statistically significant at 0.95. Data were analyzed by means, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research were as follows: The factors influencing achievement of practicum in nursing care for mother, infant, and midwifery 1 were syntax,  instructional and nurturant effects, and social system. 1) The syntax; the preparation for learning; the lecturers taught in a variety of teaching methods that was corresponding to the courses and learning outcomes, 2) the social system; the lecturers who have the knowledge and expertise, and 3) the instructional and nurturant effects; the lecturers prepared the experiences for the students to practice the important skills had positively low correlation to achievement of practicum in nursing care for mother, infant, and midwifery 1 at statistically significant level of .05 (r = .163, .161, and .093 respectively). The instructional and nurturant effects; the learners had developed the features or performances who should cultivate and ingrain, and the social system, the students were responsible for assignments together had negatively low correlation to achievement of practicum in nursing care for mother, infant, and midwifery 1 at statistically significant level of .05 (r = -.085
and -.098 respectively). In addition, could concurrently predict the achievement of practicum in nursing care for mother, infant, and midwifery 1 at 15.60 percent a statistically significant level of .05 (R2 = 0.156, p – value
