แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการวิจัยในวิชาชีพพยาบาล ยุคประเทศไทย 4.0

Abstract

จากการเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่ประเทศไทยในยุค 4.0 เน้นการสร้างค่านิยมในสังคม ในการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถของประชาชนการพยาบาลในยุคปัจจุบันจำเป็นต้องมีการพัฒนาในเรื่องงานวิจัยเป็นพื้นฐาน ซึ่งสามารถต่อยอดเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันในตลาดสุขภาพของภูมิภาคและระดับโลกได้ และความสามารถด้านการวิจัย ยังเป็น 1 ใน 8 สมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพตามประกาศของสภาการพยาบาล บทความนี้จึงขอนำเสนอในประเด็นความสำคัญของการวิจัยในวิชาชีพพยาบาล และแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการวิจัย ซึ่งการเตรียมพร้อมด้านการวิจัยก่อนเข้าสู่วิชาชีพพยาบาล และการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง เพื่อให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพนำกระบวนการวิจัยมาใช้ในการสร้างองค์ความรู้ เรียนรู้จากหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ และพัฒนางานเพื่อให้บริการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Guidelines for The Development of Research Competency in The Nursing Profession, Thailand 4.0 Era

From change to Thailand 4.0 era, emphasizing creation of value based society in people’s ability is very important. Nowadays, Nursing must be developed in research, that enhancing competition ability. Research competency is the one of eight of nursing competency according to nursing council declaration. This article is indicated about emphasis of nursing research and guideline to develop research competency. Preparation for entering the nursing profession and continual development of research ability should be performed in order to nurses will apply research process to knowledge construction, learning from evidence based and developing effective nursing care.
