บทบาทของพยาบาลในการให้การปรึกษาผู้ติดยาเสพติด

Abstract

บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายการบูรณาการความรู้ในการให้การปรึกษาผู้ติดยาเสพติด สำหรับพยาบาลที่ให้การดูแลผู้ติดยาเสพติด บทความนี้ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนคือ 1) ความรู้ยาเสพติด:สถานการณ์ปัญหายาเสพติด ผลกระทบของการติดยาเสพติด การบำบัดและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ติดยาเสพติด 2) การให้การปรึกษาผู้ติดยาเสพติด: ขั้นตอนการบำบัดและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ติดยาเสพติดและการให้การปรึกษาผู้ติดยาเสพติด และ 3) บทบาทของพยาบาลในการให้การปรึกษาผู้ติดยาเสพติดบทบาทของพยาบาลคือการเป็นผู้ให้การปรึกษา ควรมีคุณลักษณะของการเป็นผู้ให้การปรึกษาที่ดี 7 ประการสำคัญคือ1) การตระหนักรู้ในตนเอง 2) เข้าใจแนวคิดทฤษฎีการให้การปรึกษา 3) เข้าใจหลักการ ปรัชญาและจรรยาบรรณของการให้การปรึกษา 4) มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด 5) มีทัศนคติดี 6) มีบุคลิกภาพดี และ 7) มีความสามารถใช้ทักษะการให้การปรึกษาและทักษะอื่นๆ บทความนี้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อพยาบาลที่มีบทบาทเป็นผู้ให้การให้การปรึกษามุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจเพื่อการหยุดเสพยาเสพติดและไม่กลับไปเสพซ้ำของผู้ติดยาเสพติด

The Role of the Nurse in Addiction Counseling

The purpose of this article was to explain integrating the knowledge of counseling and drugs addiction for nurse and healthcare providers. This was divided into 3 phases. The first phase, Drugs: the drug problems situation; impact of drugs addiction; the therapy and rehabilitation. The second phase, addiction counseling: Phases of treatments and rehabilitations and addiction counseling and 3) the third phase, the role of the nurse in addiction counseling. Nurse’s role is to be a counselor. The characteristics of good counselor requires 7 important elements:
1) self-awareness 2) understand concepts of counseling 3) understand principles philosophy and ethics 4) have knowledge associated to drug addiction 5) positive attitude at work 6) good personality and 7) ability to use counseling skills and other skills. This article is useful for nurses who work as a counselor for enhancing the motivation in order to drugs abstinence and prevent repeated drugs use.
