ระบบและกลไกการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก

Abstract

วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบกเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่มีภารกิจหลักในการผลิตและพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการพยาบาลให้ได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ มีการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในและพัฒนาคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่องและเข้มแข็ง สอดคล้องกับนโยบายการศึกษาของประเทศ กองทัพบก และสภาวิชาชีพ เพื่อผลลัพธ์ตามเกณฑ์การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามเจตนารมณ์ของพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2542 แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2545 และ (ฉบับที่ 3) พ.ศ. 2553 เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาทั้ง 4 พันธกิจ ได้แก่ ผลิตบัณฑิตและพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการพยาบาล สร้างงานวิจัยและผลงานทางวิชาการ ให้บริการวิชาการแก่ทหาร ครอบครัวและประชาชน และทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม สิ่งแวดล้อม และการใช้ภูมิปัญญาไทย เพื่อให้ระบบและกลไกการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จึงต้องดำเนินงานให้ระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการบริหารจัดการศึกษาและทำให้เป็นงานประจำ โดยใช้หลักการบริหารงานตามวงจรคุณภาพ เพื่อผลลัพธ์ตามเกณฑ์การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ได้มาตรฐานอย่างต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน

System and Mechanisms of Internal Education Quality Assurance, The RTANC

The major missions of The Royal Thai Army Nursing College (RATNC) are to produce and develop nursing professionals under the supervision of Thailand Nursing Professional Standard. We develop the quality and academic standard strongly and continuously, in order to conform with academic policy of Thailand. The principal policy and goal of the Internal Education Quality Assurance of RTANC is to get a satisfactory result
based on the criteria of Thailand’s Educational Assurance, which is subject to National Education Act A.D.1999 amendments 2nd National Education A.D.2002 and amendments 3rd National Education A.D.2010. Internal Education Quality Assurance has 4 main missions to improve education quality; Producing graduates and developing nursing professionals; Creating researches and academic projects ; Providing academic knowledge
to fghting forces families, and all citizens and Preserving cultures, environments and Thai folks. In order to succeed effciently with the purpose, it’s necessary to take system of Internal Education Quality Assurance as a part of academic administration and management, do it routinely and adhere to the Deming Cycle’s principle for the purpose of Education Quality Assurance and Education Standard to be continuous and sustainable.
