Results of Development Work Manual for Disbursement in the Project of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital

Abstract

     This operation research aimed 1) to develop the work manual for Disbursement in the Academic Project of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital. 2) to study the efficiency of the work manual for Disbursement in the Academic Project of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital. The samples in this research were project manager in the Project of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital 20 persons. Collecting data by study Regulation of Ministry of Finance and questionnaire from the samples and use descriptive statistic include frequency, mean and standard deviation.
     The research found that
1. Recieved Developed the work manual for Disbursement in the Project of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital composed of rate of disbursement in the Project, document of disbursement in the Project and example of disbursement in the Project.
2. When compared the efficiency of disbursement before and after the work manual was developed, user the work manual for Disbursement in the Project of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital are satisfied levels of “high” (=4.32, SD=0.35) And user the work manual found that the problem was reduced from 39.02% to 15.89%
