Case Studies: Nursing Care of Patient with Superimposed Preeclampsia on Chronic Hypertension and Acute Kidney Injury.

Abstract

     By the case studies of nursing the patients with superimposed preeclampsia on chronic hypertension and acute kidney injury at Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital during 2014, July 7 - 18 it was found that the accurate diagnosis from the very first phase could lead to accurate nursing plan. Moreover, the care for the patients’ and their families’ minds, emotions, and societies would help the patients in understanding and accepting their conditions of their health
as well as coordinating with the nursing plan. lastly, the knowledge and specific nursing skills applied in following the conditions of the patients along with collecting key laboratory data for reporting the doctors at appropriate time could alleviate the severity and the complication of the diseases also, this leads to the safe delivery and the complication from the infant’s mother is reduced.
